In-house Facilities implementing Good Manufacturing Process:

Manifold Block Cleaning System: A closed chamber of dedicated cleaning machine with high pressure multi-jet water solvent , with cleaning and degreasing chemicals /agents, used to clean the manifold block before assembly ensuring no chips or small particles are remaining inside the machined hole corners.
Deburring Facilities: Manually and Pneumatically; special tools used for the most important deburring process and a dedicated equipment for pneumatic deburring.
Manifold /Valve test bench: This helps to check manifold block with large number of pressure/tank ports simultaneously. Also, could able to assess the valve performances as complete block assembly. Individual testing of blocks and valves before the final assembly is done. Also, helpful for our service team.
